California-Only Availability
SureTrace services are currently available only for matters with a lawful California purpose and appropriate authorization. We may decline, pause, or request additional information about any inquiry before accepting it.
Lawful-Purpose Certification
Before submitting an intake request, you must certify that your request is lawful, that you have authority to provide the information submitted, and that you will use any response only for the lawful purpose described in your request.
Prohibited Uses
SureTrace does not accept requests for employment, tenant or housing, credit, insurance, or other regulated screening purposes. We do not accept requests intended to harass, stalk, threaten, discriminate against, evade a legal obligation, or otherwise violate another person’s privacy or legal rights.
Privacy and Data Minimization
Please provide only the minimum information needed for us to assess whether an inquiry may be accepted. Do not submit Social Security numbers, account passwords or credentials, medical information, financial-account details, or other highly sensitive personal information. We do not request or need this information for initial intake.
Scope and Limitations
SureTrace reviews are limited to the agreed scope and the information lawfully available for that scope. SureTrace does not offer a comprehensive background check through this intake process. Information may be incomplete, outdated, unavailable, inaccurate, or not attributable to the person or entity at issue.
